British Fashion Awards 2011 - Production Electrician
I was one of the Production Electricians for the 2011 fashion awards at the Savoy Theatre. My duties included changing the lighting control from the resident productions Hog 2 to a Grand MA console, as well as changing from DMX to cat 5e, Patching the Legally Blonde lighting rig into the new console and rigging additional intelligent lighting equipment.
By the time the lighting programmer and Lighting designer arrived at the theatre, all the Legally Blonde lighting bars had been set to new heights, control was on the new console and the rig was all patched and ready to go. A pretty manic couple of days, but one of my more glamorous events!
